This was the best experience I've ever had . The uhaul guy Dale was perfect . He did a great job. He should be made ceo of uhaul.

LINDA GTook me forever to find a drop box. No signs indicating anything for drop off just an empty lot with u haul trucks. No staff onsite.

EDWARD WTheir website stated that they were open until 6:30 pm on Saturdays. I got there at 5:05 and the place was locked up tight. Not the most inviting place anyways. I used the mobile return app which took me awhile but was, for the most part, easy. I just wish they were more accurate about their open hours...hence the negative review.
KARL BWhen returning the owner would not answer the phone, it was brought back on time but he didn't enter the return time until the afternoon causing U-Haul to charge me for an additional day. I called him 6 times between 9:30am and 11:30 and he never once answered the phone leaving a message on the first call. This caused me to have to call U-Haul 3 times and having to be put on hold 10-15 minutes each time and finally they corrected the bill. Too many other places to rent from for me to go back there.
