The staff is courteous and professional. Pick up and drop off is quick and easy. A clean windshield would be helpful.

JAVIER HSeamless rental and experience. The owner happened to be there the day we signed up for the rental, and he had a great sense of humor, while being highly efficient. The return experience was also outstanding! A hardworking, older gentleman took care of me immediately and I didn't even have to wait around for an invoice! It was sent online immediately! I'll be back for another moving project soon, and for years to come. Once again, it's been great to business with the local owner of a trusted nationwide business…UHAUL!!!

Jerry SI can't reach a person to discuss why I was billed hundreds of dollars over what I'm supposed to be charged. I shouldn't have to deal with pending charges from my bank when they aren't correct. U-Haul should be reachable during business hours.
CHAD AWe would deliver it in Richmond instead as reserved in Oakland, and the uhaul man arranged that. That did not work out and we got an detour of 40-50 mls and 1,5 hours. Els everything was really seamless.

SHEREE HThe person here did not know how mobile checkins worked. The app instructed me to go inside and skip the line to get the keys and show them the screen for quick pick up. He told me to have a seat and we spent another 10 minutes doing the whole process I just did online again. Then we had to do the walk around and he had to explain how the dolly and blankets inside worked if I cut the zip ties. Once that finally ended, I'm half way home and get notified my dollar amount on the hold went up $30 for the insurance I denied in the app AND again in the office. Then I try to turn in the truck and this location has no specific instructions and no lock box. After searching in the darkness and rain for 20 minutes, I called support and ended up being instructed to leave the keys in the truck. Very annoying issues but with just a few easy changes, it can be on par with the rest.of the locations.

ALLAN WTruck was dusty inside and very dirty inside windows. Wipers didn't work well just for dewy wind shield. Would be terrible in the rain. Bad suspension and extremely bumpy on the freeway. Truck had a bad hum noise.
