WILLIAM RI made a 8:30 a.m reservation they couldn't find the keys to the truck so I don't get in the truck til like 10. Once I was in the truck the cab was dirty and had food crumbs everywhere. The back of the truck had bugs "roaches" really bad this was the only size truck they had available so I went to the store and got bug spray and bug bombs before puttin my stuff in the truck. I have plenty pictures and videos even setting off 6 bug bombs in the back of the truck it still didn't kill all the bugs I have seen a couple in my new home.

William SThis is such a great service to offer! Honestly, there is nothing I could ask more of the employees. They were patient on a Friday night, when i showed up ten minutes until closing. They helped me load the equipment and it was smooth sailing the whole way. Merci.

Christie MMy truck was very dirty in the cab and the back. I had to clean the back out to load my stuff. The inside of the windshield was so dirty oncoming cars with lights on blinded me. The knob on the fan control was missing so I could not control fan speed.
Chris SI was told by the dispatch that I would be able to hand off my rental to someone at the drop off location provided Iarrived before 5pm. I was told I could not drop off my rental if there was no staff at the location. The location was closed when I arrived at 4:12 pm. I called customer service and I was informed that this location is never open on Saturday and Sunday. VERY frustrating experience!!!!
John BI would recommend for convenience only from a distance to return POV, as there was no one there at 11am when I returned the trailer. Return was total self serve.

jing cMake sure they tell the TRUTH about the return..I feel like I was lied to. No one will answer the phone when I tried to contact them and the Uhaul web site would not let me complete the return because they had put the return place incorrect.
