The sweet lady at this location was so sweet and helpful! The only issue was that her computer software was very slow, also the trailer had a big dent in the driver side passenger light like it had been backed into something, it didn't affect the light though.

Jordan DI am a women and I has to drop off at this location in the middle of no where at night with not much lighting. WHY DID YOUR SYSTEM MAKE ME DRIVE to Silver Lake? I did not drop it off at the Pony Express Pkwy because the dumb online system you have would not let me choose that location. I want my additional $70 plus dollars I had to pay refunded back. But I bet you don't even respond to this survey.
Shana WNothing…everything was great. Pamela was very helpful in explaining everything and arranging for our rental. We thought we might need an extra day, and she even texted to see if we did. As it turned out we didn't, but it was good to know that we had priority if we did need it.
MARGARET BStaff was not available for 15 minutes, rude when arriving to assist and disappeared when I needed help to remove the security lock.

john sShe was saying that she does not hook up the trailer to my car but would try to help. We ended up finding one of her customers for the storage unit. The lady was very nice just overwhelmed and I was over charged. Some how the prices changed she did try to fix it but could not.

Manuel DEasy for drop off before hours. The box was very clearly labeled and that made dropping it off a breeze before hours. One thing I would wish was done better was that they call you before charging your card for gas so you're aware. We did fuel up and the issue is for the other pick up location overall. Great experience with this location!

Ronald PChevron gas station with mini mart (average condition). Even though I selected the Truck Share option, I still had to go inside to get the keys. Clerk tried to be helpful, but password problems into the computer system led to delays.

Kathy WThe location and staff were great. Uhaul not so much. The truck was filthy and completely beat up. It had over 84000 miles with broken windshield, bumper half hanging. I got this for a long trip. The agent even commented "I hope you make it with this truck". It was ridiculous to pay what you charge for this unsafe dirty pile of crap.
Sandra SCalled and asked for a tow dolly and they called and changed locations and we ended up with a tow trailer.
