I only said they were not helpful because they were not there. It is sunday but I went through with y'all's return process, and everything was great

CHARLIE AUpon returning the truck on Saturday, this location was closed. I used the app to complete the return however the app froze while taking pictures. I was only able to submit the photo for mileage/gas and pay for the unfilled tank. But I was unable to upload any pictures of the trucks exterior and the "check-in" process ended in the app. It would not let me back in to complete my return. That was frustrating! There is absolutely zero damage to the truck but I was unable to document it in the app. So I am hoping everything goes smoothly when the drop off location does there check in process.

katie GHave a wder ramp on the vehicles. I spent approx $100 only to discover my wheeled item I was trying to relocated was too wide to roll up the narrow ramp. Wasted money.

Lewis KTrailer rented had straps come undone while travelling. Same for safety chain. Equipment was in rusty shape which I believe led to the ratchests coming loose.

Jeff VAmanda at the truck rental location was very nice, helpful, professional and took care of us very well. I even had to cancel my original reservation because of scheduling reasons, and had to reserve the truck again at the last minute, and Amanda made sure that we had what we needed when we needed it. I am very happy with the service. :)
Krista SAmanda was very helpful. When I arrived at the location, she was very welcoming and ready to assist. She had another customer at the same time but was very considerate to let me know she would be right with me. All went great at this location and Amanda absolutely knew the U-haul system and was well informed.

Sheila WThis experience was absolutely ridiculous. I made a reservation at one location at 8am. Uhaul moves my reservation without notification. I did not receive my follow up text 24 hours before. Showed up to pick up my reservation and was informed it was not there. Went to the new location that it was moved to only to find out they did not open till 9. Once the location opened I was told that I was supposed to be moved to yet another location. I was given a 20 ft truck that was reserved for someone else finally at 9:20am. I had a window time of 8am-10am to use the truck to haul Girl Scout cookies. I received a call at 10:30am wanting to know if I had finished with the truck yet. I returned the truck by 11:50 an. The girl in the office at the fm 528 location was very nice and it was not her fault. When I rent a uhaul truck my expectation is to go to the location time at my scheduled pickup time to receive my truck. This did not happen. It is utterly ridiculous to move locations 3 times without any notice.

mary cThe young lady that I rented the truck from was very helpful. Very pleasant and made the experience of hauling my mothers( who passed away) things not so horrible. She helped make things run very smooth and I would recommend her to everyone and I really hope her employers appreciate what a pleasant employee they've found. I would hire her definitely, and can honestly say when my time is over at this storage place, that she will be missed. I appreciate having good people in my life. And she's always made the experience every month of having to make my payment pleasant and. I've always looked forward to seeing her this whole year I stored my mom's whole house and I was basically very depressed and not to happy. She brought a smile to my face I didn't think was possible again. I truly can not praise her enough for her excellent customer service.

ANDREW SI was charged multiple times for the same rental and my fees were duplicated over and over. Also, this was an enormous hassle as I had many problems with the rental and pickup. Someone needs to call me immediately to refund my money for the fraudulent charges on my card.
