A major shout out to Danielle, Leslie & Sharon - Memphis UHAul!!! Impeccable personnel who truly understands the moving industry, rentals, equipment but most importantly their clients situations and needs. Never met these folks, however, feel as though I've known them for many years. Thank you for not only who you are but for what you represent! RALPH JTruck was missing all requested equipment.
William BThe self service model is not for me. I wasn't told that everything was on line in order to get the keys. The truck ramp needed repairs it wouldn't extend the stirring wheel had too much play in it and hard to drive.
Rose MGetting access code took forever. GPS wouldn't work. Overall U-Haul was terrible and we had numerous issues.
