ROBERT BThe box was dirty and had debris that we had to account for when loading our soft furniture like beds and sofas. The engine light was on as well but there was no noticeable impact to performance of the vehicle. Location is wonderful and the person who handled my reservation was very welcoming and helpful

PATRICK AMileage out on contract totally inaccurate. I drove to Sunnyvale, CA then back to Copperopolis for a total of 269,2 miles. Was charged for and extra 128 miles due to paperwork mistake. So why didn't I get the mileage corrected before departing...LONG FRUSTRATING Story.

JOHN KInside of the cab hard dirt and grass on the floor. It hasn't been swept and I don't want to be held accountable for that because I didn't do it. Also the right side passenger outside rearview mirror does not adjust.

Kevin BWas charged $100 deposit even though I paid with a credit card. Called Uhaul ahead of time to make sure there wasn't a deposit required and was told if I paid with a credit card there was no deposit required.

John LThe advertised price per mile was 0,89 and when I read the contract it had been changed to 1,09 per mile without being notified. This in my opinion was fraudulent! I would never have rented from uhaul if I knew this has happened. Very dishonest
