Unfortunately not an experience I want to have again. I wanted a bigger uhaul, because I needed it, but got a 26' one which was way too big and went to return it. Drove it not even 2 miles and got charged for "not returning it at 1/4 of a tank somehow," riddle me that. Then I got charged for a 20' truck, that they didn't even have on the lot and ended up getting a 10' truck, but got charged for that as well. So, in total that's a LOT of money and I'm still going back and forth with uhaul. So, I honestly would maybe just go somewhere else.
KALYNNE KPick up time was 12pm, wasn't ready till 2pm. Was supposed to have a transport trailer but was given dolly. Very unprofessional and made moving extremely difficult due to the 2 hour delay. Won't recommend this place anyone ever….very disappointed
