The staff here is always great to work with!! Considering how cost effective and easy it is to rent a small utility trailer for yard work, chores, etc, I'll be renting here fairly often from now on. Might even use one to haul extra gear for camping trips or similar, not much room for gear in a 2 door Bronco, LOL!

JAMIE JMy rentals are continually checked in late and I'm billed an extra which I have to request get corrected. This is the 2nd or 3rd time
Isaac RGive the customer the option to lock the U-Haul. The truck we rented had a pad lock attached to a chain, however there was no way to lock it. They only provided us a key for the ignition and not the pad lock. We returned the truck after hours. The next day a representative from this location left me a voicemail advising that the dolly I rented was not in the u haul and if I did not return it by 5 pm I would be charged an additional fee. I reviewed my cameras and saw the movers I hired put the dolly back into the U-Haul before they left. When I called the location to advise them of this, I was spoken to in a very rude manner by who I suspect was the owner of the location. He insisted that I was financially responsible. He then called me back to advise that the dolly was found. Not a great experience for anyone who is experiencing the stress of a big move.

AMBER PDrop off location was closed. There were no space to park the trailer. The parking was mud parking not asphalt. There no equipment to unload the trailer. This is very heavy and requires jack …. Had to ask strangers on the street to help me

TIMOTHY HBBU in Valparaiso is the BEST UHaul dealer in the area! Hannah is wonderful to work with and is so knowledgeable! Karim the owner is very kind and always helpful! The only thing I did not like is the UHAUL company kept changing my order from a van to a 10' truck. The UHAUL Company didn't even ask me! Thankful that Hannah is so observant that she caught the change and called me and corrected the order! WHAT A GEM HANNAH IS!!! UHaul needs to NOT mess with people's orders without their consent. BBU thank you again for your help and wonderful service and professionalism!!! BEST UHAUL DEALER IN VALPO!!!
