There wasn’t anyone working there when we returned the U-Haul. But the app was easy to use to and we parked it in the open spot.

John MThe location worked out well for us. We needed an open, sided trailer with a ramp. A smaller trailer than a 5x9 would have been better, but we took what they had. Because of U-Haul's requirements, it took us longer to get the paperwork done than to just hitch up and go. You would have thought that we were buying a house instead of renting a trailer.
HOLLY KThese two ( Bill & Edna ) are some good people, and not only will I recommend them, I'll be taking everything in my stable to them for earning my business. John PThe truck I was to be driving, arrived at this location the day before. I picked it up and took it home, loaded it up and set it aside as my trip was scheduled for the next morning. The next morning I hopped in, and the battery was completely dead. Fortunately, I received a jump and then drove to the location And informed Bill about it. He was so amazing! He actually took the time to change the whole battery out before my trip. Bill is so fantastic to interact and work with. I would highly, highly recommend anyone picking up a U-Haul from his location if I could give him a 10 star rating I would.

Dana BPlease make sure you tell them that the hand cart that comes with the truck comes with a cost. I thought it was part of the rental as it was already in the truck. Surprise, now I have to pay an extra $35. That pissed me off.

Gabriel TRented a Tow Dolly to go from Wisconsin to Texas, Dealer did not mention I had to disconnect the drive shaft.or it would burn out bearings in the transmission and rear axle Had to return for a car trailer which they did not have. Had to find Another Uhaul dealer for that.Still they charged me for a 1 day rental ,which I never used it.. Not even a credit towards the trailer.Poor Business !
