Everything was fine. Slight change in truck I had reserved, but was offered a larger truck at the same price and everything worked fine.

JAMES IThe mirror on truck was cracked and marked. There was some dirt in the truck. They key lock box came off in my hand. Nothing with BMR, but the app puck up asked for things I was unaware I needed!
Carl BI walked into their building and was not greeted by anyone, after waiting for 10 minutes I walked out into their bay where they were working on a vehicle. I waited even longer then yelled at them I was here to turn in a trailer. The person said just drop it anywhere and leave. Never offered to help me at all. I have used Uhaul several times and have never been treated like this.

Deehan CI have an issue with this whole rental experience. I have rented several times from Uhaul. I needed to rent a truck from Godfrey Illinois to drive to Jacksonville, but the rental pick up was in Jerseyville, which caused me to have extra miles on my drive. I needed to return my truck to Jacksonville, but u-Haul insisted I return the truck to Chapin , which would cause even more miles. Returned my truck in Jacksonville therefore I got charged an extra day for not returning to the location U-Haul chose even though it said it was not required on my rental and also got charged the extra miles because I had to pick up in Jerseyville instead of Godfrey.

Jennifer DUhaul moved my pick up to this location at the last minute. It was 30 miles further than my requested pick up location. Also they changed the size of my truck last minute to a larger truck than needed. Both of these issues resulted in additional expense.
