They are horrendous. I was forced to use this location which is not marked in an office area. The few trucks were not visible from the road. The type of truck that I had reserved was unavailable. One truck was inhabited by homeless people per the representative. The truck that was my only option was not clean and had a quarter tank of gas. When I dropped off the truck in Savannah it was noted that the mileage on the contract was incorrect and actually reflected that I had negative miles driven. Caused about 20 minutes extra to drop off. I was on a very tight timeframe to pickup the truck as I had to get to a meeting and did not have time to locate another truck. Based on this experience I am going to utilize other companies in this industry in the future. The location that I requested to pickup the truck was familiar to me and had always been a good experience. Horrible experience with BNB/ U haul..

Just dropped it off so I never say anyone. The location is not the cleanest or safest.

There was no personnel which was fine. I could have dropped off the vehicle much closer, I don't know why I was sent to that location.

Had a hard finding the location to park the truck and an extremely hard time finding the key drop box (spent at least 20 mins searching as it was night and the area was not well lit). I suggest including clear instructions for this at this location as it is not in an obvious place.

Worse experience ever. I rented a uhaul from this place I arrived at 430 and they were closed even though it says they are open until 5. I needed up having to call uhaul to figure out where the uhaul was no keys nothing. The field Manager Jacob called me to notify me the uhaul had been stolen and he would refund my money. He said he was just notified before he called me that the uhaul was stolen how does this even happen? He never refunded my money was very unprofessional and ignored my concerns until I told him I would see him in court. This all occurred August 16th. It is now Sept 6th no refund and toll fees have been charged on my account. I filed a dispute uhaul has not called back and now I have a small claims suit against them. Never again would I rent from a third party due to this experience.

I had to wait for the U-Haul for about 2 hours. After having to go to two different locations for all my equipment. Picked up my mattress cover at the blanding location then went over to the orange park location picked up the truck waited there for the employee to get there. Then they did not have my dollies so I had to go back to the blanding location and pick up those and figure out how to connect it to the truck. Then was finally able to take it over to the house to get it loaded. Then are on our trip up to Georgia transmission line connector snapped and dumps all the transmission fluid all over the freeway and smoked up the freeway then had to wait 45 to 30 minutes for maintenance and stayed on the side of the road for 2 hours then finally got the truck up and moving again and not jerking. I would still recommend to look at that connector cuz it's not the OEM connector he had to use what he had on him. It was much appreciated for the additional days it did help us out a lot because we miss our leasing date for our apartment because we couldn't make it to the office in time to pick up our keys. So then we needed additional miles because I had to stop at a different location for overnight until the leasing office was open cuz they're not open on Sundays. And after everything was done everything was good. The appliance Dolly had a wheel get stuck on me and not rotate whenever I had a dresser on it I had all the drawers out of it so I know it could have taken it but one wheel wasn't rotating so then I couldn't cut a corner and it tried to sling me since I couldn't turn.

Jazmin was amazing and very helpful. It was quick and easy pick up. Inside the cab of the truck was clean, the box could have been swept out, there were nails and screws all on the floor, I had t sweep it before I put my items in it.
