Totally janky dropoff location at a BP gas station that looked less that desirable. Just a lockbox to drop the keys off.

When I first returned the truck. It was a problem because someone From the nightshift misplaced the key. The morning shift person responsible for checking the truck back in didn't realize it Was Return. U haul wanted to charge me for another day. But when I went to the location, everything was fine. And he was very apologetic. I have rented trucks from them several times and never had a problem. I would recommend this location to my friends because they are Really nice people and very helpful.. A great location. .
Diane PI'm not quite sure where to begin. I was doing everything online and with the app. I went to pick up the key, but the attendant couldn't connect to the internet and told me to go elsewhere to rent a truck. I suggested it was unnecessary since I had already checked in online, but the app was still spinning and hadn't finished. This went on for 10 - 12 minutes. The app was slow to navigate record, and store the photos. The process was neither quick nor easy. I took pictures of everything on the app. I now realize it's necessary to also STORE pictures on my phone...The gas was NOT full...around 3/4 of the tank. Returning the truck was not easy either. I drove 8 miles... This was a BP gas station...I put 2,5 gallons of gas in the truck -- for 8 miles. When I completed the return I was charge $14+ for fuel -- someone claimed the tank was full. IT WASN'T. I called customer service yesterday...was put on hold so the associate could contact the Area Regional Manager...was disconnected as soon as Saundrice put me on hold. I called back...and had to relate the story AGAIN!!!! Still waiting final resolution as Madyson called the ARM for approval and left a message. Overall...a very disappointing experience. AND I need to rent a truck next week to help move my daughter. Not so sure about using U-Haul...
Kevin MWhen I got my truck it has less gas than what the paperwork said. I tried to say something but he wasn't willing to listen. I will never get a uhaul from a gas station store again or maybe I'll switch to another company for moving.

Lori DThe gas station worker asked us 3 times where we were dropping off. And he still messed it up. After we returned uhaul we got a call saying if we did not come back and return to BP we would be charged $300 dollars. Why would uhaul trust a BP worker with your trucks. Never again will i do that. We originally ordered at a uhaul facility early and then got email saying truck not available and we had to go to BP- please no one use this BP for uhaul.

Beth FThe rear door of the trailer would not latch, the man in the store told me to cancel the truck then but I couldn't. I need the truck then and there so we had to tie it down. The tire pressure warning light was on. They didn't give me the moving pads. The man in the store when I returned the truck was really rude. Terrible experience.

Paul TI was charged for fuel when I filled up past the level I received the vehicle. Still waiting on the site to resolve the issue. Not happy with the service when I showed the fuel levels and mileage, they still entered in gauge half a tank less than I actually brought back.

McKayla CI was scheduled at a different location and not alerted to a change in location. People at the original location (1240 Alpharetta) were of no help to try to remedy the situation. Only stated they don't work for Uhaul and locked the door after I left. Very rude and disappointed.

Elizabeth HPicking the truck up through the app was a pain. Mostly it was the request for a verification call to someone, after I had submitted my photo and photos of my DL. I've rented from U-Haul many times before, a couple times in the last month. Why the anal exam this time?

Douglas TThe rep did not check the vehicles' interior properly and asked what I did to headlight console inside the cabin. I did not use it since it was daylight but had to explain I did not know what the issue is as I did not have to use it. He should have properly inspected the vehicle before renting it out to the next customer.
Renso HI dropped the vehicle 5 hours before it was due filled up and cleaned. Only 24 Miles was drive and although I added Gas AT the BP location of rental the owner after it checked the truck in 7 10 hours after charged for 4 gallons of fuel plus a cleaning fee. I also questioned the size of the vehicle not being a 17 foot as ordered. I rent Uhauls on a regular basis and Will NEVER rent at this location again. They were dishonest and fraudulent. I may even dispute the full charge on my card if it was charged to that particular location. I have called and the Never answer the phone to question the charges.

Karen SThis was a horrible experience. There was only one person at the counter who acted like they were interested in assisting a customer. I was then told that my reservation was actually split into two locations so I had to go to one location to pick up my truck and another to pick up my trailer. No one informed me of that until the day I arrived. To make matters worse, I had to wait almost 2 hours while they went through 3 trailers to find one that would actually work. When I went to pull my car off of the trailer, it collapsed thereby damaging my car because the ramp securing mechanism was broken
John AVehicle smelled like ass. The steering was extemely loose making it unsafe to drive. The transmission would run up to 5000 rpm before shifting-after hours of driving. Mechanic dispatched and replaced a headlight and it still did not work. The worst experience of any rental.

KEVIN SI confirmed my vehicle the day before my appointment and when I arrived no vehicle. I got no calls or text to let me know. I had movers at my home to move me with no truck. The u haul person do found me a truck in another location but like the first location no trucks were there after four try's I finally got a truck wasting all day.

MARC Gno printer; only 1 person behind counter and he was doing my rental and running the store. this is why i typically avoid locations like this; i wish i had chosen an actual u-haul store. he was apologetic and nice but still a bit slow.
Frank WThe guy at the BP who set me up with my rental was very knowledgeable. He explained to me the insurance coverage and why it was important and was very patient with me while I called my insurance company to see if they covered my uhaul or not. Sadly it didn't but I'm happy the gentlemen brought it to my attention. The check in and check out process was very easy and quick. Hopefully I will not be moving anytime soon but if I ever do again I will definitely use his location. I'm very satisfied!!
Leta CYou changed my pickup location less than 24 hours in advance after I had the reservation for over a month. This was really inconvenient already because we were late meeting the moving help, but on top of that you only sent an email. No text, no call. I waited 30 minutes on hold the day before trying to confirm the reservation and no one picked up. Very shameful.

nigel hThe owner yelled at me after I put the keys in the lockbox. Very rude and unprofessional. I am not sure what uhaul is thinking with this setup. We have a move coming up in October and wanted to use uhaul again but unless something is done about our experience we will never use uhaul again.
Robert SDon't call the day before at 6pm saying "hey the location where you got a reservation 1 week in advance doesn't have any of your stuff, so we went ahead and sent you to two separate locations to pick up the items you reserved." And then just hang up instead of answering any questions I had.

Pamela PTruck was not ready on time as promised. The employee had issues checking in the equipment from the previous renter and they had issues checking in the equipment when I returned the truck.
Doug BThey don't really manage the u-haul franchise. It is a gas station. The location down the street is significantly better, but they did not have the equipment i needed last minute.
Eric RTruck had bugs all over the inside and outside. Retailer refuses to mark the cracked windshield and also was very stubborn to help me with the 24 moving pads and dolly I rented.
Alexis LMy last two rentals had issues. I rented a truck on May 8, no sun visor. I'm short and always use a visor to help keep the sun out. Yesterday I rented on May 11, I thought my feet were going to catch on fire. There was an intense hot are blowing on my feet, I was worried the motor had problems. I rent each month for two days, I hope this never happens again. You need to look out for your customers. Thanks

Pete APull pads on bill and then said he could take off all but one and just tell where drop off he never gave it to me Problem drop off location was closed Also charged me $28 for insurance that was not on reservation I gave up because I had to get moving
