Location is closed on Saturday when we went to return so did not see anyone or anything it was confusing to us as dropping it off on time and not knowing how or what to do with it being closed

Daniel RHave been a U-HAUL fan since my Dad rented a 4x8 trailer in 1977 to bring furniture to our house from my Mom's deceased parents' estate. Equipment has improved dramatically since its quite able functionality back then. Latest experience was the trailer was FAR ABOVE PAR & EXPECTATIONS. Ease of use, modern equipment, flawless customer experience. Cannot recommend more highly. Thanks much :)
KENDALL JCalling the customer the day before pick up and telling them that their equipment is not available is absolutely ridiculous. I understand no availability, but inform the customer with lead time to find an alternative solution.

Silva HOver the past several months I have rented several trailers and trucks from U-haul as we have retired and were in the process of relocating from Texas to Mississippi and I have one complaint. When renting the 6x12 enclosed trailer I would have to bring a jack with me to put under the tongue to raise it up so I could back under it to hook up. Why do you not have a tongue jack like you have on your auto transporters? When you are 74 years and renting from a location that only has a woman attendant, it is almost impossible to handle and lift the tongue by yourself.

Amber RThe location is fine, but when I went back to take the trailer back (which is very heavy to load and unload and there is no jack on it to lift it from your truck) there was no one there to help me get it off my truck, I did finally pick it up but it was very tough. There needs to by jacks on these trailers or someone that can help load these should be available to help.

William HWhen a person reserves a trailer, uhaul should make sure what they wanted is at the location. They should not have to drive an hour away to pick it up. I didn't drive, I just got a smaller trailer. If I had another option, I would not use uhaul. I am glad I don't have to move my loved ones often.
Charles DLeave the trailers on some kind of stand or put a Jack on the hitch. They are to heavy to have to lift up to a hitch.

SAMUEL CIf you’re gonna test try to our lights test them on multiple trailers before you send somebody off thanking that the other trailer lights aren’t working I’ve got videos of the torn up wire harness even though they swapped out two of the ones going from the trailer to the truck But nobody ever looked at the one on the trailer itself so I went back after hours after I went do the test on Mac trailer rights and AutoZone wasting money again buying a tester 20 something dollars and said everything was fine so I went back and looked at the trailer itself and found a problem Please call me at 601-754-0298
Steven RTruck was very dirty and hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Truck had been smoked in by previous renter. When I dropped it off using the U-Haul app and reported the truck needed to be cleaned, I got hit with a $25 cleaning fee. I do not understand why I have to pay for someone else's dirtiness. Not happy!!!!

Dorothy MThe truck was very noisy. My ears rang for hours after we returned the truck. The steering was very loose and very hard to control the speed of travel.
Michael RVehicle was not cleaned out from the previous mover. Had to wait for them to sweep out the cargo area.
