GREGORY GTires were terrible in the rain. The seatbelt light and service airbag light were on. The truck was not parked where they said it would be and we had to go from truck to truck trying the key until we found the right one.
Elizabeth IB&F auto was fine. However, there was a lot of confusion as to where I was to pick up the van. When I reserved the vehicle it was at a different location. I then received texts telling me to go to two other locations before it finally directed me to B&F. This was a bit disconcerting. In the end it all worked out as B&F was very accommodating and made the rental experience easy.

Fred FI will say this next time going to rent Home Depot truck cause I thought it was too expensive. Used it only for 10 hours but you guys wanted to charge me for the full 24 hours. $178 lol.

nancy aI find it hard to believe you advertise $19,95 on your van and in effect that is a lie. On the invoice the charge of 19,95 is charged twice. Once for "rental charge" and again for "rental fee". How do you explain that????????

Don FI would like a corporate manager to contact me @732-915-4089 before I settle payment on my bill. I have rented from Uhaul at least 10 or 12 times previous to this and this was the worst experience I've ever had. I will never rent from Uhaul again.
Jesse VI was in need of a vehicle while my primary vehicle was being repaired. Ed and the staff at B&F were extremely helpful and accommodating. The experience was very positive and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a vehicle.
THOMAS KI was never told until the day before that the site for the pickup would be moved from where I initially requested it. It was not made clear during the booking that the location could be changed, adding time and cost to the overall moving process.
