JOE Rlocks need to be updated because they are nearly impossible to open. The door locks on the Truck were also tricky. Key got stuck and had to apply wd40 to make it turn to get the key out.

Richard PPreviously, I contacted you by a chat conversation reporting how dirty the truck was that I picked up at B&A Automotive. I also attached pictures of the mud and dirt inside the cab and loading area. I had to scrape and wash out the mud from the loading area before I could even load my furniture into it I know that you charge a cleaning fee to anyone that returns a dirty truck. I feel that that I deserve a credit/refund for receiving a truck so dirty. When talking with Gilbert on a chat conversation, he stated that I could be issued a credit after the truck was turned in. I have not yet seen any credit on my account.

ESTHER MI was charged a $15 cleaning fee for an auto transport. I will be disputing this charge. Drop off location is in a field full of cows.
