There isn't anyone at the location that can help you. If you have any issues with your internet connection you'll be there forever just trying to get the keys to your vehicle. If you experience any other problems they'll try to send you to another location, so save yourself the trouble and start at a better location.
william BBeing the customer I feel I should have been told it was being picked up at a different location. I had to waist my timer running to a different location. The spot I got it from just started with uhaul and had no idea how to get it going.i hadn't paperwork to go with it.I was now running about 1-2 hours behind schedule. The truck also smelt real back once the heat got in it. Then i get an email stating I canceled my reservation. Then, I find out I was not even registered to the vehicle. Plus the oil life was at 12 % so when I finally returned it it was at 0 %. Complete an utterly a mess. I feel I am owed some compensation for my trouble. If I didn't make the call after the email who know what would have happened.
