Worst customer service experience. The guy was not helpful at all. I do not recommend this location.

I was charged $30 for returning the car under a 1/4 gas tank but it was give to me with under a gas tank. I drove less than 3 miles. So what is with that scam? Luckily they told me to take a picture of things when I picked it up and I did.

BRIAN DMy only issue is the cost! I used it for 2 hrs and it cost me $90 that's a lot so the advertisement in the windshield for $19,95 is very deceiving. I won't rent again.

HECTOR RI got charged for 2 gallons of gas at the drop off in Provo.....after receiving the truck slightly under 1/4 tank full, putting 10 gallons in during the course of my 50 mile drive to Elk Ridge and then another 3 gallons in Springville before delivering the truck to Provo. Not as expected. Feels like a rental truck " standard practice" for collecting extra fees. 385-404-9946
clayton cThe app caused a lot of problems. I was delayed hours trying to resolve the issue with my reservation. In the end, a manager had to come in after hours to assist me.
Bryan WIt was a surprisingly easy experience at both ends, which was much appreciated, given the stress of a move. The online application process was simple and easy to use. The process for adding an additional driver was also surprisingly hassle-free. We did not use any U-Haul moving products, only the truck.

Cythia GKeep trucks filled with fuel. When I picked up my truck to move, it only had 1/4 tank of fuel. This meant that I had to start my trip locating a filling station and filling the truck. Then before i retured it I had to do some math and figure out how to drop the truck off with only 1/4 of a tank. Very inconvenient.
Mark MSome confused about returning the key. At the end of the process they give me a code, so I returned at the box where I picked up the key.

Regina DI moved from Twin Falls, ID and had a reservation for a truck from Twin Falls to Orem. The confirmation lady the night before told me the truck was in Pocatello. I cancelled that truck but was out of options so I called back and had to drive to Boise. Lady was great and gave us miles/time so I'm happy with that. I then got a call the day of the move from Twin Falls U-Haul saying they had a truck for me - after making the four hour round trip drive to Boise. The people and prices were all great - some better communication to avoid confusion would be much appreciated next time. Thankfully it worked out, but the detour pushed us back another day. Merci!

Michelle MThe truck was very clean but beat up! Pickup was a breeze, staff was friendly and helpful. The radio was cracked. Tons of damage on all over the truck, I paid $75 to drive a very damage vehicle. It was so scratched and dented we personally took many pictures to ensure we weren't held responsible for anything. With all the insurance and extra you push at registration and warnings about repairs you would think you'd do some repairs...
ALISA NThe mobile website to load DL wasn't working properly. Even the owner of the Uhaul location couldn't get it to work. The return took multiple attempts to log in and load responses.
