location was good. Poor customer service. They were not interested in renting this trailer on the date I requested. (Saturday) Made me come the day prior which caused problems with my travel plans. They had nothing good to say about the Uhaul company. the experience made me very uncomfortable with my rental. I would recommend friends to rent from another location.

DARRICK AIt was horrible I ordered a 26 ft truck that they had and I couldn't use it because the lady said it was empty fuel in it so she gave me a 10 ft truck to use half the the size I ordered and had ordered and was given the 10 ft truck and that was below the E mark on gas I had to go get gas and my mover were waiting on me she gave me gas credit but I didn't want credit I wanted to use the truck I thought we used the truck pay mileage and refill what I use i used 4 mile on the truck and she suggested to put $30 in Plus charged my mileage as a new home purchase I didn't have time to fill up and make 5 loads when it was unnecessary..it was horrible, horrible!!!we are suppose to fill up back to where I used on fuel I didn't get that service.

Frank SNot the Fault of Beaver's, but getting the Trailer was harder than it needed to be. Beaver's was Awesome! I reserved a 1-way Trailer on Novermber 13th for December 15th. My Son was graduating from College in Grand Forks and we were moving him home to the Twin Cities on the 16th of December. My Original Notes (I believe) said I could receive a Notice at 6 PM the Night before the 15th telling me the Trailer might have to be picked up elsewhere (from where I reserved it, which was Grand Forks). I thought I was good to go. The morning of the 15th I was notified that Grand Forks did not have a 1-way Trailer and I would have to pick 1 up elsewhere. I called UHaul and said that is not acceptable as my day was already plannned for travel and graduation. They said I could pickup a Trailer on the way in St. Joseph, MN. Before accepting I asked "are you sure a trailer will be there"? They said yes. I drove off the Freeway 15 minutes to St. Joseph and there was No Trailer. The Guy called the people and they said they were having vehicle issues. I got back on the Freeway, now 30 minutes later and without a Trailer. Again I get on the Phone and I am told the only option is to get a Trailer in Devil's Lake, ND which is 85 miles away from Grand Forks. So now on the 16th I have to drive another 85 miles to Devil's Lake and back before loading my Son's possessions and then a 5 Hour Drive back to the Twin Cities. Extra Stres, Extra Time, Extra Miles. I did receive a better deal on the Trailer Rental, but that was the Only Item in the Win Column.
Mark REverything was quick and absolutely no time to just drop off, inspection and close out was expedited and smooth. Then on my way. Thanks to Uhaul my needs were met to haul the last load of my late husband belongings from storage to home. The no problem no hassle good customer service was a relief.
Peggy CU-Haul's software glitch needs rectifying (verifying equipment, etc). It is not this locations fault. In the end, it comes down to people and the representative was excellent.

Kyle MThere is a uhaul location here in Harvey where I but there was no 6 by 12 foot trailer. The lady at Devils Lake North Dakota called and invited me to come to her place and get on. She tried to find me a a closer on. She is a great person. You need to have more people on your staff like her.
