The shop owner was slightly late to arrive and open up (about 8 minutes) but he was extremely friendly and was a pleasure to deal with for both the rental and return processes. He delivered a great customer experience.
Adam SCheck engine light was on during the entire rental. Error on the indicated to check the gas cap. I was proply secured. The cab and box were clean. The representative was polite an professional.

Laurier VI did the self-serve but instructions to get the keys were not clear. It mentioned "at the back" I think but for I thought it was at the back of the truck. The keys were stored behind the building. For someone who hasn't used this service before, it will not be clear. Also, the video explaining how to get the keys is not clear.

TAIB ZCharging $1,59 per mile is way to high. The self-serve lock box was nearly impossible to get open.

reason hNo issue with pick-up location; however, I did have issues with the rental pick-up process. The equipment determined by U-Haul was different than my booking request and at a different pick-up time, at a different pick-up location. Also the moving supplies that I bought and paid for do not follow the booking. At the pick-up location they would only sell me the same supplies that I had already paid for, at a higher price. Needless to say I was not happy with this rental experience at the time of pick-up.

The vehicle I rented was clean, well-maintained, and easy to drive. Pickup and drop-off were seamless, making my move stress-free. Overall, U-Haul provided great service and I would definitely use them again in the future.

Cindy ATo be honest nothing at this location. The gentleman i dealt with was curtious and freindly.
George HRental agent didn't have vehicle filled to full. Only told me to replaced what I used so I did that and a little extra. Paid my bill only to find out a couple days later that I have an outstanding balance because I didn't fill the tank to full when I returned it. I have pictures to prove everything above. From when I got the rental to when I returned it. Absolutely BS. Filled a complaint and will never rent from that agent again. When I called him to ask about it he told me it wasn't his problem and was very rude. The only reason this isn't a 1 star is the customer service agent who took my complaint to refute the extra charge. I would like to hear back from someone soon please. That agent could use retraining on customer service, appropriate response to customer concerns and a more in depth knowledge of the rental agreement. To simply blame the whole thing on AI and claim he only uploads a picture was a disappointing customer experience all around.

Rocco DAgent was very pleasant, quick due to no customers around, had problem with back door, unable to open, eventually agent was able to open with tapping with a hammer due to frozen door. Fortunately I checked the door before I departed otherwise it would have been a disaster when moving time had arrived and not knowing the door was frozen shut.
