The location and service was great but the trailer was listed as 6 x 12 but the walls made the entrance only 4 feet wide and I wasted hours of my time not being able to load an atv into it. Very misleading description

GARY TIt's not this location but the process online reservation that can be improved a lot.. I find a trailer I like to rent and is available at a certain local and I reserve it and is confirmed. A little later I get and that a trailer is available at another location but it is not one I originally chosen and that happened several times. Either a trailer is available or not, don't change trailer or location arbitrarily and confuse the costumer after a confirmation email from the regional office. I had to go several times back online for new searches. Finally I found a similar one and reserved it and canceled the one that was suggested by the office. Something needs to be done about this!

STEPHEN GI rented a 20' truck and someone changed the reservation to a 15' truck. This required two trips instead of one so my mileage cost was double. I have the email receipt showing I rented and reserved a 20' truck. I will look at other options for rentals next time.
GREGORY N(1) Clean out the sunflower seeds & paper trash left behind the driver's seat by some prior renter. (2) Not release any truck obviously leaking water onto the over-cab shelf (puddles!), in front, & onto the box floor in multiple places (all discovered only after picking up the truck & driving the 12 miles back to my home for loading). Yes, MY bad(s) for failing to properly inspect an assigned truck, on a cold & rainy day, after being sent from the office down Hwy. 88 to a second U-Haul lot. Fifty-odd years of positive experiences with clean, dry U-Haul vehicles must've made me lazy. On the plus side: (A) The renting staff was professional & efficient (B) Considerable tread depth remained in the tires (always a concern in March for NorCal, Oregon & Washington) (C) The high-mileage 15-footer ran great for 900 miles (D) Today's drop-off was friendly & uncomplicated

AARON HI better not see a bill from your people ever again. I'm hung out to dry here I don't know what the hell I'm going to do I got a blown up truck a trailer is overdue and it's all because of you. Are you going to reimburse me for my engine for my tools I had to buy to try to fix it or are you just going to fucking send me a bill on top of everything else just to rub it in. I sure hope not cuz you can bet I'm not going to pay it. Stupid return policy leave a truck but have to bring a trailer back I've driven over 800 miles back and forth just to get this shit done and now I can't finish it. RAY WThe owners were very polite and courteous. The checkin was a bit long as the U-Haul computer wanted a bunch of information which did not make sense. For instance it asked for at least four phone numbers two of which could not be mine or my wife's. This was after giving them my credit card, license, phone number and my wife's phone number. The owner helped with the hook up of the trailer and we were off.

john sI made the reservation for the Jackson location. When I got there the guy told me my reservation was moved to Pine Grove and that the system texted me that information. I received no text. Pine Grove is ten miles one way out of my way in the wrong direction. The guy in Jackson had two trucks sitting there. He claimed they were reserved and going out in one hour. Drove by two and a half hours later and both trucks were still sitting there. On top of it the guy in Jackson was wearing dirty clothes and dirty baseball cap, was unshaven and a jerk. So I drive to Pine Grove. The folks there were fantastic. The truck was ready and in good condition. Of note the guy in Pine Grove told me I was the third customer today that had problems with the Jackson U-Haul and ended up in Pine Grove to get help. Highly recommend the Pine Grove location. U-Haul should down the Jackson location.

I would recommend them to anyone. I have had to rent from Uhaul the past couple of months to move items from a few locations and this place is by far the best experience I have ever had.
