my neg. remarks are not about this location ..its about the reservation over all. I was to pick up my u-haul at Affordable Tires in Valdasta Ga ONLY 5 amin from the Airport when I landed I received a text message saying my u-haul was ready at a U=haul in Ciro Ga more than 80 miles away!!!!!! NOT THE LOCATION ON MY RESERVATION!!!!!! After about a half hour of panic and several conversations with u-haul reps and a 2nd reservation secured only to be said a walk in came in and took my reservation I was directed to the Bemiss Rd U-haul I am very disgusted with the reservation process

Durwin LIt was a last hour decision to use a uHaul, and after passing a couple locations that didn't have what we needed, I called this location. The lady was very helpful, quick, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. She was even waiting outside the front door to help us when we walked up. I had several urgent matters that kept me on the phone while she was taking my information, and she seemed very understanding and made it a smooth process. We appreciate your help, thank you!!!

WC Fwhen i picked up the truck I drove it about 2 miles when I noticed a tire warning light and a message saying left front tire was low. I then tried to check the pressure with my pressure gauge but when I checked for the recommended pressure on the door panel it said 80 psi...most average gauges only go to 60 psi. So I HAD TO GO BY A $15 gauge just to find that the pressure was at 65. I feel like I should get a $15 refund or a discount coupon since I'm renting again next week.

SHALANDA HPerson at this location was not helpful at all and charged me a $50 cleaning fee when I returned the unit in much cleaner interior condition than it was when I got it. The outside was dirty because that happens this time of year when the weather gets bad, I can't control the weather but I wish I could. I would rank them lower but they at least answered the phone when I called

James LI would note to others to be careful when exiting due to the bend in the road. I also had an issue with the app. I originally returned the rental 2130 on 20 Sep. My location was on, I scanned the 24/7 bar code, but it would not allow me to proceed to the next steps. I took a picture and video of returning the key into the drop box and only after the fact when trying to figure out why the app would not let me proceed was when the steps to complete appeared.

LARRY RThere was a misunderstanding at drop off that was completely my fault. I thought they were closed and dropped the trailer in a spot while I ran to fill the truck up with gas. When I came back, the trailer was gone. I thought it was stolen. Fortunately it was not, they were open and had moved the trailer. I apologized and explained I thought they were closed. I was then accused of breaking off the straps that secure the tires on the hauler which was not the case. I explained that it was that way when I picked it up and I have pictures with the date/time stamp on them. Although we cleaned all trash out of the truck, folded the blankets and swept out the back of the truck, I was charged a $45 cleaning fee.
