No help provided. No accessories provided to properly hookup. Had to purchase my own on top of rental and not available at this location. No help to lift the trailer into the truck. Took 45 minutes to get checked in. Return also received no help. Had to ask for it and person on duty did not know what to do.

Francis NGood afternoon. I picked up a 6'x12' trailer today at one of your u haul satellite facilities. Your representatives there were not very knowledgeable on your trailer. The trailer wasn't really ready for rental. He was trying to twist the safety chains to shorten them so they wouldn't drag . I showed him the proper way to hook them up. We checked the lights and they were good. I asked about the tires and he wasn't sure? So I grabbed my pressure gauge and the driver side was pretty good at 63,5 and 68 psi. I released a little on the 68.5. The passenger side was 27,5 and 35 psi. Not good? I asked for a means to fill them and they didn't have anything? I'm not looking for anything however I felt you need to know that the employees renting the equipment out should be more competent? I took the trailer home and filled the trailer tires there before traveling to London and back. The trailer should have been checked and ready prior to me picking up? I lost 30 minutes doing so. Sam TService representative had never hooked up a trailer before,admitted to this before I picked up,I hooked up trailer myself after lengthy delay and several phone calls and convenience store customer transactions,had to show them what to take pictures of and what to look for. You need to train your reps better or someone could be hurt or killed…
