Jeff TThere should be a way to rent a Hal in person. I had never rented ed you before and all the gentle could or would tell me was you have to go online I ended up having to get a grandchild to do most of the online stuff because she it was not easy and the site had a lot of pages where you had to hunt how to get to the next page. Not consumer friendly for the over 65 population
