They were Friendly and accommodating. Got me checked in and hooked up the trailer quickly.
JOSEPH BThe app and mobile pickup was not efficient and took over 30 minutes to complete and a long phone call with the owner who was very helpful. I would suggest strongly that you allow the photo uploads to happen ahead of time. Many of these locations are very rural and cell service is spotty. It also took 5 times to accept the picture of the back of the drivers license.
