No after hours drop box
Mark MWOW - Everything was hooked up and ready to go. They have a large pull through area and so I was able to hop in out of the rainy weather. What a great location with super friendly folks !

GARY SThe service was great, but just one thing: the furniture pads that were provided were horribly dirty. Not only that, they were full of dust, and when I used them, the air was so filled with dust that I couldn't stop coughing. Granted the man who provided them to me had told me ahead of time that he was out of furniture pads (a previous customer apparently had rented a large number of them), so he scrounged up what he had and let me use them without charge. I appreciated that because I really needed them. But still, they gave me a hard time with the coughing while I was trying to do the work I needed to do. Wish I'd brought an air mask with me. Otherwise, as I say, the customer service was excellent.

Gregory HTruck could have been cleaner but definitely not a deal breaker, truck also had some misfiring on cold start but evened out. Also the mobile checkout option was painfully slow to use but functioned.

TIFFANI GPlace was closed so I used the app drop off. Overall app was fine but image uploads were crazy slow and was waiting for about 10 minutes for all the interior and exterior drop off photos to process and upload.

EDDIE BThe owner was very nice and helpful however the equipment needed some improvement,it was not clean inside the driver area and it needed some maintenance,acceleration was very hard(could have been the gas used) it took a little longer to downshift

SAMUEL GBiles tire center was closed we returned after hours but you won't meet nicer people than Mr Tony and everyone that works there as we have lived in this town for 25yrs. And have done business with then through out with auto care. Bit as uhaul was convenient. Easy to go through return process. Would definitely recommend this location to my family and friends.

Pete CBecause the headlights on the uhaul truck were not on when I picked it up I found later that the light on the drivers side was not working. Also, the air conditioner was not operating, it went in and out making my 600 mile trip very uncomfortable. Ugh!

Nicholas BTruck broke down. Delayed moving for a day and half before it was fixed. Had to leave work to unload the truck so they could work on it. Terrible company, they were not going to refund me the full amount and only offered 30 dollars off! I would never recommend this company again. I need my money back in full!
