We ordered 3 dollies with this and they were not at the location we picked up the truck. We were told by the store employee to drive to U-Haul in Hamilton to pick them up. We arrived at that location and were told they were sold out of them, and that the location we came from should never have just sent us there. We were charged the mileage and fuel to get there, and most importantly did not get the equipment we ordered, causing a lot of stress on an already incredibly stressful day.

OLIVIER NThe app to sign in was not clear. It forced me to read many documents, but it was not simple to see what had to be clicked on. One section asked me to click on the same icon 3 times. Took me almost 30 min to complete my sign in. And I use computers and apps all day long. When it was time to pick up my keys the app gave me no instructions. I had to call your 1-800 number and get a service person to assist me and send me to the food market. The signage is very poor connecting the food mart to U-Haul. The lady at the food market was great, she walked me through the return and that part was fine. Also if I did not ask, I would have dropped my key off in the U-Haul key drop box attached to a container outside. She told me to just bring it to her when I was done.
