Bj quick stop was absolutely no help for us. We had to do everything online and then call a personal cell number to check out the equipment. Very disappointing.

They didn't know I was dropping off. The store was full of deviants. Did not have alot of room to drop the trailer, and the lot was muddy
Ryan RGet people there who speak English, took me an hour to get thru the Hindu language barrier, then on top of that they didn't know how to check in the trailer in when I returned it. I had to call uhaul and take pictures proving that it was dropped of at the location uhaul provided
