Service was above and beyond on return accommodation- nothing to improve upon!

The reservation I made was useless. I had to drive 60 miles round trip in a 10 mile a gallon RV to pick up the tow dolly. When I got there they told me that I was charged $126 for shipping items I never ordered. So I thought I was putting a deposit on my rental but in fact I was buying something I didn't order. When you go to their website everything is pre-checked so uncheck it before you check out or you'll be paying for the same useless stuff!! I hope to never have to do business with you all again. This experience has made me very bitter towards the company.

The location was okay except that it was near a place they keep bees. The bees evidently left the truck covered with some sort of substance or residue. The guy that checked us out washed our windshield but the rest of the truck remained dirty. Other than that, the truck was clean inside. The truck box was pretty banged/scraped up. The truck was pretty loud, almost like there was a hole in the muffler or exhaust pipe. Other than that, the truck drove and performed well. There must be a leak in the attic portion of the truck as several of our boxes that were set directly on the truck attic surface were wet on the bottom and we did have some rain during the time we were loading and along the way. The individual that checked us out was great. He was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this location because of him but otherwise I probably would not.
