Drop off site adequate No one there but worked great with uhaul app

I had a 15ft truck quote near my house. When it wasn't there I talked to the place that rented the truck. She informed me that a manager from eau claire came and took all of their trucks no matter if I had a reservation or not. I was then forced to drive more than 50 miles one way to get a truck. It cost me more than $50 in miles and an extra day of truck rental.

No one on site during return (Sunday). Uneventful return.

There was no staff. There was no sign visible from the road. The very low internet coverage at the location made the drop off process very difficult and time consuming.
