Great people, very helpful
ANDREW BI had to hook my trailer up myself. No one did an inspection with me or even did a walk around to make sure the trailer had no damage . One of the ramps came out all the way and the ratchets to secure the front tires were very hard to use.
Larry MEveryone at each location was polite, friendly and willing to help, EXCEPT for the scheduling department. I reserved a truck to be picked up in Tuscaloosa. When I arrived, there was no truck at the location or any location in Tuscaloosa. I had driven 4 hours, drove by numerous Uhaul locations that had a truck but had to drive an additional hour north of Tuscaloosa to rent the truck! IF the scheduling department would have notified me by any of the 3 lines of communication I had given them, that would have saved me 2 hours of driving, issues with the loaders I had reserved and the extra stress of this problem! I have rented from Uhaul numerous times in the past several years but with this rental problem and the lack of professionalism from your scheduling department, I am concerned about the future of Uhaul!!
Nigel HMy only complaint is that this not where I reserved my truck. At the last minute U-haul changed the pick up location and this threw a monkey wrench into my plans. This was very upsetting to me because the Customer Service representative told me the day before the pick up that she was having my truck moved to the original rental location. On my way to the pick up, I found out that this did not happen. What is the point in making a truck rental reservation FOUR weeks prior to the pick up date if U-haul will not honor the reservation? Shoddy work folks! On the other hand, the people at Black's Wrecker Service were very nice and accommodating. They better represented your company than your folks in Customer Service!
Robert BThere's very little cell signal at this location. It was very difficult to use the mobile app. However, the staff at the location was outstanding and they were able to get us taken care of - great job to the staff at Blacks!!!

carl bI was charged a $96,5 charge twice even though my receipt said no charge. I dropped off early, left it in good condition, and called to make sure all was well and was told it was but yet I was overcharged and can't get an answer as to why

Joseph MI had to change locations at the last minute because of truck availability. I also had to go with a smaller truck because of availability. Only issue I have is if you offer a certain truck at a certain location uhaul should try to make accommodations or don't offer the ability to make a reservation in the 1st place. When trying to schedule a move and then look around at the last minute for a truck at a different location after having made a reservation at a different location in a different town is a major inconvenience. As far as the location in Fayette, AL, Black's Wrecker Service was great to work with and very accommodating.

JOHNNIE HI live in Tuscaloosa AL & reserved the truck on July 12. On July 21, I received a message that I needed to pick up in Fayette AL. A 2 hour inconvenience!
