Horrible experience… paid extra for 3 Dollie's to move to a new house on a Sunday…. The Dollie's we NOT IN THE TRUCK. And the closest U-Haul that was open was aN HOUR AWAY. I do not recommend this location !

Christine SU-Haul can improve! The U-Haul system went down so I could not pick up the U-Haul for almost 2 hrs past my pick up time!!! The U-Haul rental agent called & no one at U-Haul could help get me going either! Unacceptable! The U-Haul was a little dirty inside also.

Donald JA loaded firearms was found in the console, meaning they did not inspect the vehicle, and I was driving the vehicle with an unauthorized weapon that I don't have a license for. The vehicle had a ABS and Check engine light on as well as a fuel cap issue.

James WTruck was report full but was at 7/8 , Because of that I got charged 9 additional dollars for fuel when we returned with exactly with tha same fuel level location was hard to get in and out of and I was given a truck with bad front end that almost caused 2 accidents never U-Haul again

Wayne KI've had terrible experiences at every other uhaul location in lufkin. Except for this one. Service was super quick, employee was friendly and helpful. I usually struggle unhooking and hooking up the trailer due to the weight of the tongue and lack of jack. The staff at this location handled all that. They have an official uhaul jack! Excellent service. Will only be dealing with this location.

This was my first time driving a truck like that and the car behind. When I pulled up to take the car off. They never got impatient with me. I was so stressed by the time I got there. The kindness and compassion they showed really calmed me down.

Paul BThe van was old and was clean enough- but wasn't "clean". The vehicle served its purpose for a day and a half of basically local driving. If I had to have taken it long distance- I would've been very upset. The vehicle was not fun to drive- steering wheel/wheel connection was not good. The location is difficult to find- signage not great- the people there are very friendly.

Alvin PReservations need to be kept on UHAIL's end. My reservation was not, and it made my move more difficult, expensive and frustrating. The dolly i reserved was not in the truck to use that day either. The whole experience was very bad.

Crystal FI'm being charged nearly three times what I originally agreed upon. Your company provided us with NONDRIVABLE TRUCKS, not just once but twice. Set us back on moving over a week! Our helpers had to go back home and it left my husband and kids to move everything on our own. The dates were being charged for are not even correct at we didn't get our truck until August 31st and then dropped it back off on September 11th. We were told that we would be compensated for several extra days for the inconvenience of everything, now we're being told the compensation will only cover the days the truck was out of use and not even all of those days, which we have no control over. That is not acceptable! Uhaul has not delivered on its promise by providing not just one bad truck but two then providing horrible customer service along with lying to us from beginning to end. Im considering contacting my lawyer if this isn't resolved.
