Great service. Quick and easy
IAN JGuide the customer through the steps that need to be taken @ drop off location; if no staff present. It's been a while since I've used U-Haul and through my recent experience I see many previously guided / Rep assisted actions are left to the customer or done via electronic means. This was cumbersome for me & may deter my use in the future. Merci

Michal RAbsolutly loved the little 10ft. Shocked it had a backup camera!! Please pay your quesnel store alot alot more money. So I can work there. I'd love to work at uhaul Either commercially haul long distance all your units. Or if you guys ever built a full size storage facility like kamloops north shore has. Love that location Wish we had one here in quesnel. Class 3. Air. Class 5 Class 6. Many more.
BRADLEY BNot too much, I got what I needed, rates are reasonable, the manager made it happen quickly. It was a good experience. I"ve used U-haul several times ovet the years and always been satisfied with the service and the product.
ROBERT LThe location itself was great. Jas was friendly and took time to show my son his cool toys (bikes and a Jeep). I did not appreciate having to go to Quesnel for my rental.
VALERIE FA large spacious lot and office. When I returned the trailer just before noon I was greeted with a notice on the door to call a particular phone number. I did that and it was answered quickly. He told me to just leave it there. I asked him about the return of the $60 deposit and then he said he had to drop something off and would be there in 15 or 20 minutes. He did arrive but couldn't seem to find the contract for the rental on his computer (phone), asked me where it came from and what my name was. He did find it after a bit of searching and since everything seemed to be in order he gave me the $60 cash refund and sent me on my way with a courteous farewell. It was good that I was not in a big hurry

DEBORAH MNothing! Everything went off without a hitch!!! Jaz was a fantastic Man to deal with and even gave us each a complimentary coffee when we returned the vehicle from his establishment, Bliss Coffee. Absolutely the freshest tastiest coffee in town!!! Our favorite U-Haul, our favorite coffee shop (can smoke outside on the patio!!), our favorite entrepreneur (Jaz) and if you don't think the Bliss burger is absolutely the best burger you've ever had you're crazy!!!!!!!
Michael FThe equipment (Truck) was very clean and appeared to be well cared for BUT.... This vehicle is a DEATH TRAP and should be parked until the summer or immediately fitted with winter tyres, legally this truck can not be driven on any BC highways with the current well worn summer tyres as installed. I could not even get out of Baker Cres without backing up and taking a "run at it" which then put me in a position of having to run a stop sign My helper got out after about 500yards (and he is a farm boy with lots of experience) and was scared to ride in it, I had to get my wife to come and get him and follow me in the truck to our loading location and then wait so she could follow me back to the house and take him with her. My driveway has a very gentle slope on it and the truck could not get into it, we had to carry everything from the street I don't know how you are going to get it to a location where it could be put back in service as all highways leaving Quesnel have a mandatory winter tyre requirement until April 30th 2025, perhaps have it towed THAT TRUCK IS SERIOUSLY DANGEROUS

KARI GWhen a truck is being moved via towing it would be good to contact the receiving location to let them know. I had a phone call from them about returning the truck about six hours after the tow truck had removed it from my driveway. They were polite but completely unaware about the mechanical issues that occured.

He helped get the trailer hooked up and also helped get it unhooked when I was done (6x12 tongue weight is heavier than usual, not a one-man job to hook up). Thanks for your help. Dustin Vit's a small town so we are glad to have any option for rental equipment. It would be nice to have a larger selection of units for rent, but understand that carrying inventory is expensive for the dealer.
