Excellent service
CARLOS CI rent a truck weekly or twice x week from this location for my business 1-2 hours before call time to my job. This time the truck had the engine light on. There was no mention of this to me as a customer online when I checked in, and when I went inside the office, they said " its probably ok, there are no other trucks" There needs to be a way to notify the next user of possible malfunctions online, there needs to be a way where local personel can say they are aware/not aware and let the customer know if the vehicle has been inspected. This time, we had no option , but If something went wrong with the rental, I'm not sure who would have had to assume the liability, and most importantly in the moment: my job would have been jeopardized as well as the 50 people who were waiting for the equipment I was bringing for everyone to be able to work.

You will not wait long before you are on your way and taking care of your business. Once I arrive back at the location, once again I was greeted and thanked for shopping with them.

ARTURO Amore up to date maintenance on things like new oil and adding tire pressure.
Basheer DTruck had some tiny bugs, I'd recommend to spray them off before you start putting your belongings in it. Other than that, my experience was smooth, the lady there was super helpful and friendly.

Laura RYouTube, the vehicle is fine and so was the service But at the end they overcharged me for mileage. I drove round-trip 36 miles based on my map and stops, and I was charged for 57 miles. When I explained the discrepancy to them, they did not accommodate the change, even with the evidence of the map to compare trip va mileage.

BLUE SGreat location but address staes 86 st and entrance is on 87 st. Fast and easy. Would be great if moving trucks had back up camera.
