The staff is friendly & did their best to accommodate me. They went above & beyond to help me. My inconvenience is with Uhaul itself, which caused some chaos. I made my reservation at a different location where my storage unit was & less than 24 hours was told the equipment I reserved wasn't available & instead of accommodating me, they inconvenienced me by moving my reservation to a different location on the opposite side of town.

The truck was dirty inside. I was charged 2 times for 71,19 pending on my account. The total charge wasn't even 71.19. Very upset I was charged 2 times and for the wrong amount. Please fix this error.

ROBERT BEveryone here was so kind. Customer service was excellent as well. I ran into a hiccup while moving and had to extend my time and they called me back on a Sunday while closed to let me know it was ok. Rates were good and pickup and drop off were easy. Thank you to everyone here - allowing me to keep the truck late saved me from worlds of hassle.
KARISSA JThe vehicle was not inspected before it was placed in my possession. The attendant went and grabbed the keys out of the drop box. It was full of mud from the previous renter, the driver's door didn't latch properly and you'd have to slam the door closed in order for it to latch. The driver's side windshield wiper also didn't work, so I was unable to utilize the vehicle on the days it was raining/snowing. Overall, highly unimpressed. The vehicle was not in safe driving condition and I would not recommend this location to anyone.
AURORA GHad a flat tire on the trailer I rented for $1000 and all of the lights stopped working! I drove from Montana to Mississippi…..1800 miles without the safety of any lights!
JAMES KWhen I got to the truck the gas cap was off and just hanging there. Truck windows very dirty. I had to slam and I mean slam to get the driver door closed The attendant in the office was VERY POLITE. However somehow someway I was overcharged on my rental. I booked a 10' truck for 1 day. That's $19,95 a day plus $1 fee totaling $20.95. Plus I drove only 13 miles at 0,89c a mile which is $11.57. That should be a total of $32.52. But I was charged over $45. What happened? Where are these hidden charges coming from?
Richard HI rented the same uhaul twice in two consecutive days, rented the same hours and a difference of 5 mile. Yet on the second day I was charged extra fees for what I am still not given information to.

SHAD PI received a message saying I was set up for 24/7 service. When I arrived to pick up truck, the 24/7 was nor set up. It was after hours so had to call 800 # to get help. Then when dropped off truck, the mileage was messed up and the 24/7 app said I owed over $800 dollars on top of what I paid!!!! Terrible experience

Nina FU-Haul corporate needs to re-learn that the rental process DOES NOT END just because they got their website clicks. they also need to learn what reservation is!! WHY did it take 4 hours to rent a trailer and a truck, and I havd to visit 4 stores to do it, when I had the reservation for almost a MONTH?!?! the location was fine. U-haul corporate and IT are losing touch with reality where their business actually takes place.
