My experience was great very easy pick up and drop off truck was very clean and easy to drive and it worked perfectly for my needs for the 2 hours I needed for with moving my toolbox from a dealership to other dealership for work I would rent this truck again if I ever need to move my toolbox again in the future

JACOB GBlue sky self storage (BSSS) is the absolute parking nightmare location for someone who wants to rent a truck. Uhaul should terminate their contract agreement with Blue sky self storage and try again elsewhere. I was charged some unusual $17 fee; then over charged for millage that I did not use. All that on top unwelcoming signs of the extremely limited customer parking spots. I do not recommend BSSS for any truck rental needs.

ricardo jAlthough the alternative provided for my rental was beneficial it might be best if the transport section could rely messages of unavailability to customers before they arrive. In my case the staff was very apologetic and did give me a better solution it appeared in the e long run.
