Ricardo DI would not recommend U-Haul to anyone. The new app you all have created is impossible to use. I have rented three trucks and each time it took over two hours to get the key out of the lock box on a Sunday. No location should be allowed to be closed on Sunday. That is the second busiest day of the week every single week of the year. The app you created does not work and your customer service department told me several times that the app is plagued with problems. Due to all the complications of trying to pick up a truck and give you all business, I will no longer use the U-Haul company for any reason in the future.

Kirk FMy first time renting in U-Haul, I had a very bad experience in this location, Mr Bill was rude, he said that I couldn't rent and I had to call some number, I was very surprised because I had never rented in my life, I called and it was because my driver had something but he had alread6 solved it. After waiting more than hhr, he gave me the key truck. We didn't check it and I had to look for it alone on the parking lot until I found it. When I got to the moving place, I opened it and saw only there was only one dolly and I paid for two. After I returned the truck Mr Bill called and left a voice message saying that a dolly was needed and I had to return, OMG a very bad experience I had in that location, I found 3 empty water bottles inside. I think they should provide better customer service. Thanks

selena mThe person helping me was reeking of alcohol at noon. I returned the truck early with a little more gas than i picked it up and they charged me for two gallons. Ridiculous. I've used until a lot and this is the first time I've had a bad experience.

Jorge PThe trailer had a Hop. I think the tire was blistered, or the wheel bent. This occured even with the trailer loaded and weighted. I have towed tons of trailers and know the difference. This was not observable to the dealer/location so they had no way to know unless they towed the trailer or were notified by the prior renter. I pointed this out upon return and they said they would check it out. This is my 10th rental at this location over the years and it is convenient fast and has quality equipment.

U-Haul needs to step up their game and get cruise control and ports for phones to charge, it's 2024, technology is inexpensive especially for a massive company like this. Unacceptable and not Bill's fault it has happened to me before.
