I rented this truck on Friday in FL. Drove up to Bonaire GA on Saturday. Unloaded Saturday & Sunday. Swept it out cleaner than when I picked it up and dropped it off at Bonaire Mini Storage. They are closed on Sundays and nobody was there. Called the 800-GO-UHAUL because I only have a flip-phone. Was told to take photos of the truck and the area and drop the key in the box. Nobody said anything about an after-hour drop-off fee. The truck was clean. Everything I put in the cab (one overnight bag and a small cooler) was removed. I left nothing in the cab. My wife saw a $45 charge on our card Sunday night for after-hour drop-off and cleaning fee. How are we charged for a cleaning fee when nobody was there to "clean" until the following day after being charged.

Easy pick up and drop off. Friendly staff. Truck ran rough and the brakes seemed stiff...but could be normal since I don't drive a 26ft truck often!

William AUse locks that open easily. Have trucks with good tires. Have trucks with balanced tires. Offer trucks with cruise control. Display correct building number. Display same business name as what is online. Self check-out took an hour due to horrible app and hard to open lock. Switched over to internet to accomplish check-out. Check-in was done during business hours, but the staff could not get the app to work. I left before check-in was completed, but later received email with check-in receipt. Corporate U-Haul was very responsive in changing my reservation, helping me locate the business, and telling me the trick to get the lock box open. Will definitely use a different location next time and ask to see the truck before check-out day.
Deborah BA bottle of liquor flew out from beneath the seat at a red light. It was left in the truck from the last customer. The ac went in and out all day and it was 100 degrees outside. This was the worst Uhaul experience I've ever had and I have used Uhaul several times.
Brian HOnly dropped the truck off here. But the lady from the office took time out of her day to call me and ask if we had left some glasses under the seat of the truck. Even though they were not ours I thought that was very nice of her to atleast try to see if they were ours. Very good service for sure.

I'm moving into a brand new house and now all my belongings are infested. There should be weekly checks for issues such at this. Crystal CHad trouble getting keys from lock box. The lock is very rusty and hard to open. The truck was parked right against the fence so I couldn't inspect the cargo area. The truck has an engine that is not running very well.

SHAWN MThe truck needed swept out .cab& bed. This truck when flashers were turned on only flashed on the drivers side (rear) Front tire drivers side had a vibration felt thru the gas pedal. Most likely needs balanced. Did the job, wasn't hard to drive, comfortable drivers seat , Dealership stated the fuel level @ 3/8 tank.on pickup .Actually It was empty UHaul made a credit on my bill to compensate Welcome surprise ,Would always Use U Haul in the future.Thank you!
