The service was great. Everything went smooth. This location has a great inventory of rentals available.
JOSEPH DThe service at the location was just OK. It was fine because I have rented trailers before. If it was my first time, I would have been lost. The trailer itself sucked. Dents all around. While loading, the floor popped. 2 of the wheel hubs ran hot.

Im surprised they would rent a vehicle in such poor condition, but then again, it is u-haul. Never again.

PHILLIP JWe use this Uhaul dealer all the time, great customer service and friendly staff.
RUSSELL SI dropped the truck off after hours, around the back side of the strip-mall that the store is in. There was not an obvious place to park the truck, as the entire back lot was full.
ANNE WThe location was no the one I had originally place yhe pick up for It was really frustrating when they called me the night before I moved saying I did not have a truck and had to find another place I get the fact that customers dont return it in time but uhaul has to have a better customer service. That late fee that you guys charge should be applied to the customer waiting for the truck in this case they found me a 17ft not the 20ft that I needed and 15 miles more away from my house So just in miles it makes me have to pay you guys an extra $30 and than the fact that it was shorter makes me so more trips as well If you look at my records Ive rent uhauls always but now considering another option

GEORGE MI put yes but it was a drop off at night so there was no interaction with staff. It was a challenge to park as it was in a strip mall on a Saturday night. Staff was efficient though as we did get our receipt emailed to us early the next morning which we did appreciate. Thank you for making it an easy rental!

RON EOverall, the attendant was very nice. But the unit was very dirty. The switches dashboard were not well kept the seats were filthy. The AC was difficult to make work. They were warning, lights or sensors on that should have been addressed. Overall, the unit did its job, but Could and should be better maintained.
