I was charged for insurance. When I booked the reservation I clearly said no insurance coverage. When I looked today at receipt I seen I was charged. I have been renting uhauls for years and I never had this issue. Please refund. You will see when I booked online I selected no

Marilyn MI paid for 50 miles of travel for the rental truck. However, I only used about 10 miles of travel on the rental truck and I did not get the difference put back on my visa card. I think you should not tell people things you don't stand behind.

JEFFERY JThere was an issue with insurance. When I booked the truck, U-haul said nothing about added insurance. I told the man we didn't need it and he said we would have to show our insurance information, he would have to call our insurance company, and then re-do all of the rental computer booking work. As we were on a tight schedule and we had people waiting for us to load the truck, we did not have time for this. Totally dishonest. I could have had all this set up in advance, if I had known. Not happy about the extra $40! This is a scam.

James BImprove the website so it asks the nature of your rental. I was just moving a bicycle and bicycle trailer, and I had pages and pages offering me supplies, helpers, etc. Mild annoyance, but there's room for improvement :) Box Shop, however, was just perfect.
Eric KI was supposed to get a $10 refund/rebate for using this location and did not receive it. Not a big deal, but that was the offer.

JOSEPH ZThe customer care people were wonderful and UHAUL is again the very best I had terrible exspierience from a different location so thank God I went to different location because I knew all my prior exspieriences with UHAUL have always been good. If anyone has a poor exspierience contact customer care dont blame UHAUL blame that location and people UHAUL is a constant for me reliable clean and customer care THE BEST
carole vThe truck windshield was very dirty. I used the wipers and the driver side wiper was warped and falling off it was so bad it didn't even wipe the window. It left a bog gap of about 4 inches that i couldn't see through. The cab was dirty with soda spilt in the cup holder and trash on the floorboard. The truck had 1/8 of a tank of gas and the guy at the desk said oh you have plenty to get to my destination of 30 miles. I went and filled it up to half way. after getting on the hi way at around 10 miles the odometer changed and told me I was lo on gas and had only 50 miles to go. That was kind of nerve wracking. Hoping i was not going to run out, knowing I had 1/2 tank and only going 30 miles.
