I always use this location. Van is always clean and ready to go when I arrive to pick it up.

DAVID BThe truck had several warnings lights on, including low rear tire pressure and check engine. Very disconcerting.
Mark SDrop off was the highlight of the U-Haul experience. Excellence and going above and beyond from the staff member at the concord store.
Jonathan FWhen you explain how to check in outside of business hours, disclose that there is a $20 fee. Had I known, I would have returned in the morning when you opened (I had until 10am to return the truck)! Also, the fuel gauge was just below half when I received the truck. After using it 12 miles, I put in $20 worth of fuel. The fuel gauge did not move! I was charged for 3 gallons of gas for the rental when the gauge appears to be broken! That is nearly $40 I was charged in addition to the rental!!! Not fair! I am very unhappy!

Amber SNone of the equipment I requested was ready inside the truck. Same with the moving blankets. I was also charged for them! Once we got back home we had to go to the local u haul store to pick up the equipment we didn't get and guess what, had to pay for that equipment as well. To top it off, the truck I requested wasn't available locally and had to drive out of my way to Concord and pay for the extra gas usage. To make things worse I was told I would get an "extra" 25 miles for going to concord and it was never added to the agreement. Had to pay for those miles as well. $1 per mile extra. Horrible experience.

GARY BThe.truck I rented was clean, but had a loud rattle while the engine was on. I brought this to the attention of the store personnel, but he didn't seem too concerned. Proper maintenance of your vehicles will keep them operational.

MATTHEW HI booked a truck week before just to find out at the last minute that it's not available. The nearest location was 30 miles away and Uhaul does not cover those 60 round trip miles to the new pickup location.
