Tell Uhaul for all there locations to have a designated area for customers to park their cars if they are trading it out for the day. When you have to park far away from the business and you do not know the area it makes you feel like the company does not care. Please change this. I reviewed this suggestion based on two different locations. Thank you!!

First, make sure truck you reserve is at location. My reservation truck was not available at my time of pick up.Second,train employees to check you in and learn to check you out when you return truck. Third, make sure truck is clean and not full of food crumbs and pet hair.four, maintenance on truck needed assistance. It ran very rough. I had to use a 15 foot truck instead of the 10 foot truck I resivered and was not there. Five, have things run a bit smoother during all transactions. It was terrible.

Staff were incredibly rude. Complained about having to get the truck ready. Complained about having to climb into or clean up such a big truck. Truck was damaged all over, including some damage that wasn't documented or marked as acknowledged. Mileage didn't match the app (1,7 miles different). Photos were clearly in a garage, not where truck was parked. Cab of the truck stunk of mildew/mold, and the windows were rolled down a crack despite pouring rain. Truck had less than 1/4 tank to start, made it hard to guess how much to put in afterwards. Staff told me I had to bring in a picture of the mileage and fuel because "I don't want to have to climb into that cab, it's so high." Will not be back. Not worth the negativity or trouble.

U-Haul screwed me over by telling me it would be OK if I was slightly late for drop-off, only to double-charge me for the rental, and now days later I'm seeing another mysterious charge on my bank statement that has not been explained. U-Haul is a horrible company running a scam, and I will NEVER use this service EVER again. I will go to Penske or ANYONE else but U-Haul. I hope this company goes bankrupt.

No improvements needed. Business owners (Food Mart Bremerton Wa) very pleasant and courteous. No hidden fees, no over-charges. A great experience. Will recommend them.

Horrible. I had to pay for 143 miles. When I booked the truck over the phone I told the representative that it is 85 miles one way and I will be doing 3 trips so please give me 300 miles just to cover everything. I had to pick up my u-haul out of my area so I was given another 30 miles for a total of 330 miles. Again one way is 85 miles. After I returned the truck I had to pay for milage. I contacted u-haul today and they told me I only had 143 miles. How does that makes sense when. I said I'm doing 3 trips and it is 85 miles one way? So factor in the 30 miles given to me, that means I supposedly only booked 114 mile? Again bullshit and I want a refund for the representative that messed up my booking. I'm planning on disputing everything if this is not resolved.

Drop off at the shell gas station, then Uhaul checks it in later. No contact with Uhaul at this location. The lady in the gas station was good.

I have no suggestions, this was bar none the best experience with U-Haul I've ever had!! Clean, newer vehicle, friendly service, didn't try to over charge me...nothing!! This place is how it should be! I'm already telling people! Best U-Haul ever!!

The only complaint I have is that the guy that was supervising me putting my car on the car dolly, did not take enough time (he was interested in a friend passing by) to guide me on putting the tire straps on correctly. They kept coming off. I was traveling up and down steep mountains, and the 1st time I found them off I was scared to death. I had to wait to stop to be able to ask for random help. It took 3 different people, on my second day of the trip until someone helped me so they stayed on. Then, the guy in Bremerton couldn't get both body chains on, so said I'd be OK. The 3rd guy who helped me with the tire straps also got the second chain on.

Train employees about procedures before they are left alone to run a store AND services for UHaul. It was NOT attendant's fault he wasn't trained and his supervisor was not qnswering his calls for help.

The man in the store that helped was kind and told me he only had a few days of training and no one else at that location had any at all. The reservations that I made 2 weeks prior changed four times with three phone calls saying sorry we don't have a truck at all for you. The weekend before my move and the day of. I didn't think I was going to get a truck at all. Every person I talked to on the phone was rude and didn't record the the information in the system so every time I talked to someone new they didn't have the correct information down. The price kept changing the trucks kept changing from 10 foot to 20 foot same price. Three different times they said I could pick up a truck hours away. When I did arrive to pick up the truck the poor guy didn't know what to do. I cleaned out the truck while I was waiting for him. There was trash in the cab of the truck nothing was clean or wiped down. Which I cleaned it before they have you take pictures. I took pictures of how dirty it was after I cleaned the trash up. At night when driving the uhaul the wind shield wipers were not affective and the headlights were so low and dim it seemed very dangerous. I wonder if anyone even inspects these trucks with drop offs and returns for mechanic or issues. You could literally be stranded with all your belongings. The customer service is sketchy and you should feel like truck is safe and your in good hands when your renting equipment to move your stuff. The overall experience was awful. I wish that it wasn't
