This facility is excellent. Clean and well laid out. Unit was easy to find even after hours and clean. It felt like checking into a good airbnb, very easy and convenient.

Great people that run this storage company. They keep the snow plowed in the winter and knowing they got cameras recording 24/7 makes me feel safe with my stuff. Definitely recommend.

First, the move out date was 7-7-2024, not 7-15-2024. After over 3,5 years of renting a unit, I cleared out the unit and went to the office to notify them. They were closed for the next week. I emailed UHaul to this effect. I called the 800# at least 6 times but got a message they were busy and to call back. I drove the 12 miles from my home to the facility (again) and got a different number from on the door. I called and was told the manager would get the message and get back with me…they did not. I kept calling the 800# and finally the call was answered. The gentleman I spoke with said he'd note everything and I'd hear back. I finally did! But since I didn't give 10 days notice, I would lose that 10 days of prorated money, no excuses! No leeway. For that reason alone I would not recommend them. Plus the fact they broke away from UHaul and didn't give notice in the monthly email bill. The email could have easily contained a short sentence reminding users of the 10 days notice to vacate. I would have gladly done that, but couldn't find the agreement from 3,5 years previous. I paid on time and left the unit immaculate.

An excellent storage facility. Good location, competitive prices, friendly and helpful staff. Would gladly rent again here as needed.

Staff was always very friendly and attentive to all needs. I never questioned safety or security while storing my things here. Bridger View Storage was well lit at night with the proper amount of security. Driving lanes are wide enough to fit box trucks with enough room to maneuver corners. Location is convenient with access to major road ways nearby. Pricing of all units is highly competitive with other storage locations in the area. Would highly recommend Bridger View to a friend and would absolutely use them again.

Office was closed over the three days I was moving out. I left a message with their "call center" so I could tell them I was moving out and never got a reply. My storage unit was falling apart and the weather strip at the bottom of the door was simply rotting away. They continue to raise their rated because competitors are doing it, and yet, the staff is not available at all, and the units are in need of maintenance. I would suggest they can the "call center," and use the money for fix and repair of their facility.

Everyone was great. The unit was great. Billing was smooth and their response time to my questions was very quick. Move in and out was a breeze!

Very nice storage unit and when I took my lock off I got a phone call within a few days which let me know they monitor their storage yard actively. Would rent again if I had the need.

Judy and her team are "top-notch" professionals who know their business and care for their customers. Everything at Bridger View is 100 %. If I ever need an RV or Camper Storage again I will definitely go to Bridger View in spite of the fact there are 4 or 5 storage facilities much closer to my home. The security, safety and professional staff are the reason for that decision.

Nice and clean storage unit. It would have been nice to have lighting at night. I had to use my head lights from my car. Overall it's a great place to rent storage for the price.

Nice facility. My actual first months bill was $94,9 - not $6,95 so uhaul and this company need to do a better job of communicating to the people because I just got shafted big time

Manager is very snooty. yes she is nice, but it is easy to tell that she is fake. I felt like I was inconveniencing her.
