I dropped off after hours which was very nice to be able to do. Therefore I have no real info on this location. The lot was well lit.

Kourtney WI reserved a 5x8 trailer three weeks before i needed it. Went to pick it up and business could not pull up my reservation. I spent over an hour there trying to get the trailer. They ended up canceling the reservation then reinput all the information. Which they got my address wrong and the destination address wrong. Was overcharged the cost of rental. Now I'm waiting on the overcharge to be taken off my credit card. If you can go to one of the dedicated uhaul businesses not the part time locations.
Scott CNot a thing. They have several different options of vehicles to choose from like every U-haul dealer I've ever used, which are several across the state of Missouri.
