Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisIt is what it is. The lady was very friendly and kind I just had to call her to get her to come out vs. Walking into a store like I expected. It was fine but a bit dissheveled. I would go there again, I now know what to expect.
Mark ACheck in process is slow which puts moving behind. Truck was filthy! Gas tank was less full than what the app showed. I couldn't proceed with check in unless I confirmed the truck was clean and the gas tank matched. Location was sketchy at best. Never again!
Michael MThese guys were great and very helpful.
Harry BThe lot agent made all connections on the trailer to my tow vehicle. The trailer decoupled 5 minutes after leaving the lot. We called roadside assistance which was a waste of time. The responder changed out the ball hitch on my towing vehicle. The ball was appropriately sized for the trailer and less than a year old and the lock nut that was loosening from road vibration was not fixed. Very, very disappointed in what should have been simple rental experience.
