Was told I had unlimited mileage for this rental.

Sticky spill in truck- a wipe down of drivers cab and an offer of blankets or ropes for the move is what I had expected, but that didn't happen. That would be a good thing for uhaul to offer customers or have in the truck.

Was charged for 2 gallons of gas when I returned it with more than needed. Was charged for extra 20 miles when it was impossible for the trip to be any shorter.

The online contactless rental was absolute shit. I will never rent another truck that way. I will only go to a in person truck rental. There was nobody there to help. I had to make several calls to customer service. It took forever to get into the truck. It was like having a scavenger hunt to find the key. It was a shit show.

All good except the excessive fuel charge. Paid 0,75/mile plus 4,75 per gallon for gas. Totally understand these rates but he charged me for 4 gallons of gas when I only drove 12 miles. He blamed it on U-Haul corporate even though he is the one that looks at the fuel gauge. No I would not use them again.

Well, don't send somebody across the country, the entire country with bald tires and sidewall. It's about to blow on one of them and you did and guess what happened the winds were blowing gusting, bam, flat tire. It was the most horrible experience of my life, I will never use U-Haul again and talking on the phone with you guys it's like you don't even care about safety for your customers like the reason no safety standard and this isn't over I'm gonna pursue this and I'm thinking about taking legal action, I have pictures of all the tires I have witnesses. I have a tow truck driver that are you doing says I don't know if I would do that after he changed the blowout tire that almost killed me so it was the most horrible experience possible honestly when you have someone come out as a roadside assistance, person change the tire the Dom almost killed you and then looks at the rest of your tires and says I don't know that doesn't look safe to sketch. This thing needs tires all the way around the sidewall on the other side that didn't blow out is about to because it's cracked. We have no idea the anxiety. You guys caused me in panic attack and I also have documented PTSD, so this isn't over

This location is wonderful and Christian and his team are so kind , helpful and professional . They helped me so much with my move and I recommend them highly!!!!! Will definitely work with them again and appreciate they went above and beyond to help me with my move !

The truck was about ready when I arrived and check out was simple. I did need to ask for help turning the truck around as it was parked in a very tight space without much room for turning it around.

The man who took the return was very helpful. I didn't have the paperwork with me upon the return. He said no problem, he looked it up in the computer and unhitched the trailer for me.

The price should be 159 not 177.00, got a 18 discount to drop it off at Lawrence Automotive. I should have 50 extra miles and not 50 extra days. The furniture dolly was not the one I ordered.

There is no customer parking and so I had to park my vehicle somewhere else. As far as I could tell, there was no advance warning of this when I reserved this vehicle at this location. I only found out when I arrived and I was told that most people have someone drop them off. Had I know this in advance I would have chosen a different location. as I did not have anyone else available to drop me off.

This location was convenient. The rental clerk helped me avoid backing the large truck into obstacles. He was polite and pleasant. I would recommend this location in the future.

The process was efficient. The guys who moved my furniture did a great job and were very careful. This is a repeat rental for me from this location and they always have what I need and are extremely helpful with coordinating the truck, the help, etc. Would definitely recommend for all your moving needs.

Everything went well.. The supervisor, Kristian, was professional and the two movers were careful and quick. The entire move cost us only $400 for the 26 foot truck rental and four hours for the two movers.

Convenient location for us but you'll need the U-Haul app to return as there was nobody working there.

This was a tough move for me but they made it a lot easier! The moving team went above and beyond to ensure my daughter and I were all set before they left. I will definitely use this UHaul location/service again.

Employee stole my $119 charger battery on top of my stuff when I left for 10 minutes to get my car keys. He said someone else came to pick up a truck but nothing was missing from the lot.

I pulled into a rather small difficult parking lot to unload the heavy 12 foot covered trailer. No one came out to help me knocked on the office door. It was locked. No closed sign visible. Apparently no one was around. This was approximately 10 AM in the morning after struggling and trying to maneuver the trailer into a spot, on the gravel parking lot a man arrived in a car and the first thing he said to me while I was backing, the trailer was that I was blocking his access to the parking lot and that I had to move. Keep in mind the trailer was still connected to my truck and that my vehicle and his vehicle were clearly on the parking lot, not blocking the parking lot access from the street. I explained I'm just dropping off the trailer. He acted like he didn't care, and he knew nothing about it and to move the truck and trailer because he had things he had to do. Unbelievable once I realized it was his business after I had to ask him. He became rude after I asked him to disconnect the trailer. I said I'll be glad to move and be on my way .He disconnected the trailer and began to walk away. So, I had to ask him to check me in handing him the paperwork. He refused the paperwork by turning around and walking away saying he'll do it later. Just a minute or two later, he drove out of the parking lot . I Had to call the call center to inform them that I dropped off the trailer at the designated location that was sent to me via text message location being on Monticello Road, Weaverville North Carolina .

Very hard to negotiate parking and exiting, the location I was supposed to drop it off at, Marshall General Store on highway 25-70 Marshall NC would not take it they said that Y-Haul would not let them take any more trailers!

I was treated very well and courteous by the manager well mannered guy. I would recommend this location for all of your u haul needs. Easy access and you have excellent help when leaving in a 26 foot truck. Thank you very much for the opportunity to deal with this location.

The location staff was friendly and very helpful with getting the trailer I rented hooked up to my truck when I picked it up, and unhooking it when I returned to drop it off at the end of the day.
