Very easy communication and drop off.
Deanna BWhen you have already made a reservation and are calling to confirm the reservation do not change everything. I had to drive 2 hours out of my way to pick up the truck. I was not impressed with the company. The guy who met me at the truck was excellent

holly lI had to addan extra 2 hours of driving just to pick up a truck. I was asked to return the truck the same day to that location even thought I had a contract saying otherwise. I was given a truck with 1/8 of fuel in the tank and asked to return it with 1/4 full or more. I don't understand why I have a to pay for more fuel than I used.
Jason SFantastic, Brian is a very friendly guy, he went well out of his way, and even drove out to our house with my deposit after hours!

Steven GBrian was really friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. He came out as I pulled up and helped direct me to the spot where he wanted me to be and pulled off the trailer for me. We had a chat as the location is pretty new and I got some background as to why it was opened up. All in all, nice experience and I'll likely use his location again.
