Bill T | Expérience généraleReally appreciate everything that all the staff did to help us. We had gotten ourselves into a bit of a quandary with an equipment purchase we made, but the folks at Uhaul worked it out beautifully by getting us the right truck and trailer.
sandra pSherri, the owner who assisted was great. She was very polite and most helpful. Her location had so much room to maneuver it was no problem picking up the trailer nor returning it. It was very difficult to maneuver at the last location I went to and that's why I changed. As I stated earlier, Sherri was great and I don't know of anything you could do to make improvements for the next customer.
SHAWN DSherry did an excellent job she was very helpful and gave us all the supplies we need for our move.

STEVE CLow tire alert system on ENTIRE time. Agent said, its just the weather and it will go off, it never did. Drop off location was charging us extra for gas until i provided pictures that we dropped off truck with MORE gas than when rented then refunded fees. Not a favorable rental experience.
ROBERT AMy things was in storage for over a year untill I could locate a proper place. I was concern for anywhere I went to store them I would I have problems with bugs, BUT not Burch Bridge Stack and Pack. I want to thank you for a place well taken care of.

RAY BThe location was excellent. The personnel were so great to work with. I do wish the truck had more room. I am 6'4", and my left knee was jammed against the knob that controls the headlights.
