Stephen TNo fault of the establishment. The auto transport trailer I had was a bit old. There were some pieces that were damaged but still functional. Such as the driver side fender which lowers to let the car door open. The hinge on the fender was iffy at best. It held for the 600 mile trip I had. But I would think this trailer should be removed from service or repaired..
TEJASH VI rented a trailer from Buxtons boxes last Friday. More than 24 hours after dropping the trailer off I received an unsettling voicemail asking when they can expect the equipment to be returned. I responded promptly stating that it had in fact been returned more than a day ago only to be told that they didn't feel like taking a walk to see if it was back. I will not be returning to Buxtons boxes for a rental.

Kenneth SWhen I returned a trailer I'd rented in another state, Marisa seemed to notice fairly quickly that I wasn't very skilled at backing the trailer up, so she helped guide me while I slowly backed the trailer into its parking space at the U-Haul facility. Marisa's remarkable patience and upbeat personality took the stress out of returning the trailer. Another exceptional U-Haul employee who goes the extra mile to make sure that customers get the help they need when they're using equipment that's a little unfamiliar to them.

TODD KThis is one of the best uhaul locations you can use. Everyone is friendly. Trucks in great shape. Lots of supplies available. Parking lot is easy to navigate. I had one problem caused by the reservation system that staff fixed. The pickup location assigned to me and was 3 miles away from the one that I selected in my original reservation. I thought it was no big deal but when I returned truck to buxton boxes, they said we went 8 miles over included mileage, they did NOT charge me for extra mileage but the app should adjust for distance they add.
PAUL KTry not to wrongly profile anyone especially the world we are in now!!!!! I will NEVER go back to this location honestly. I rented out a U-Haul in Trenton, NJ before and I never experienced any issues or over payment! It says 1 100 in damages on my receipt but the U-Haul was brought back in good shape, Gas was refueled and etc so WTF. I thought I would have a lovely experience seeing that this is located in Ewing, NJ but boy was I so wrong. Pennington, NJ U-Haul was less of a hassle, if they had the 8" Truck I would've went there honestly
