There was a slight mix-up with my rental. The truck they gave me was the right size, but not the specific vehicle did not match the paperwork. When I did the online check-in, the app would not accept my mileage report as it was different from the expected mileage. I spoke to the customer service rep on site and they updated my reservation with the correct vehicle number.
Jonathan S.Because of my interaction with Marisa, would absolutely recommend! This UHaul is located at the Buxton Complex, and if you can, arrange some additional time to walk around and shop! There are only a few staff who operate 7 days, and they hustle for their customers! No slouching! The UHaul equipment is easily accessible, clean, and well maintained. If I need another UHaul in the Trenton area, or to drop off, will absolutely go to Buxton's! Thanks, Marisa!

Jeff B.QR code return vehicle check-in very helpful, but requesting all the photographs is a pain in the ass. I completed payment and thought I was finished, then the app requested photos inside and outside of the truck. I don't have time for that.
